ONE FM 91.3 Singapore is an English-language radio station based in Singapore. This is a radio station SPH Radio Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Press Holdings (SPH), which also owns Kiss 92 FM dan UFM 1003.

At the beginning of its founding, this radio was called WKRZ 91.3 fm, then since December 31, 2004 it changed to 91.3 FM Radio. On August 1, 2012 it was officially changed to radio HOT FM 91.3 and finally on January 19 2015 it was changed again to radio ONE FM 91.3 until now.

ONE FM 91.3 On Air 24 hours non-stop every day playing music Rock targeting middle-aged male listeners aged 30 and above, the first in Singapore, named 'One FM'. The station's direct competitors are Gold 90.5 FM owned by Mediacorp, who have special events Rock of Ages which aired on Saturday night.
